Anywho, back to the impossible quiche ... easier than pie. This is pretty much your standard quiche without the pastry bottom. I usually throw whatever vegies I have left in the fridge into the mix along with some sort of meat (usually ham or bacon) and of course we can forget the cheese/s and your egg mix. Bake and done. Seriously, it's that friggin easy.

Mainstream impossible quiche is ham, cheese and tomato. Simple and delicious. I have this with salad, but you can serve it with anything and it's a fantastic way to get rid of the remants of the fridge before you go re-stock. Most of the ingredients you should have in your fridge or pantry to begin with but like I was saying earlier, you can throw whatever you like into the quiche. The only thing you will always needs for this recipe is the flour, milk, eggs and a pie dish that holds at least 5 cups worth, everything else you can change. Be adventurous and let me know what creations you come up with.

IMPOSSIBLE QUICHEIngredients:
100gms Ham or Bacon
100gms grated cheese
1x onion - diced
1x Large Tomato - diced
4x Flat Mushrooms - diced
1x carrot - grated
1/2x Zucchini - grated
1/3 cup plain flour
4x Eggs - beaten
1 cup Milk
Veggie powder - to your liking
Pepper to your liking
Method:
Step One.
Preheat your oven to 180C fan forced or 200C conentional and spray your pie dish with oil spray.
Step Two.
place all of your meat and vegies along with the cheese into a large mixing bowl. Add in the vegie powder, pepper and flour and stir to coat and combine. Transfer the mix to the pie dish.
Step Three.
Beat your eggs in the mixing bowl and add the milk. Whisk to combine then pour over the veggie mix. Place into the oven for 40 mins or until the eggs are set and top is brown.
Best served warm, but can be eaten hot or cold. Enjoy
