About Me

Hello and welcome to Easy Living In Suburbia. My name is Becla and I'm pretty much your typical middle classed citizen living at the foothills of the Dandenongs on the Eastern outskirts of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. I'm a mother to my little boy Brodie and I have one on the way. My fiancee is absolutley wonderful and supports me with everything that I seem to want to do and for that I am happy.

My blog is pretty much going to be me spitting words onto my laptop about how I am trying to make my life (and my families) easier in a world where we are made to think,feel and believe that it should be hard. To bring back some easy ways of living that my grandparent used to live by. By that, I mean by creating my veggie patch plot to harvest and eat seasonally, putting up some family favourite recipes, get into gardening, find some DIY tips and tricks and lastly some helpful cleaning tips and tricks with things you can make at home or buy cheaply.

I ama wanting to save my money, so that I'm not being ridiculous in the supermarkets every week and can actually buy some of the things that I/we deserve. More money in my pocket is a hell of a lot better than being in the pocket of the big chain supermarket.
